Video: 2021-2022 Honduras Roof Project
In 2021-2022, members of Salud Hondu’s medical staff and its Board of Directors participated in a Rotary Passport International Club project which enabled 51 families (600 people) to obtain critically needed roofs for their homes. This was done in partnership with the mayor of Reitoca, Honduras, and with the Red Lantern Foundation. The Club and its members raised funds ($11,000), managed the project from inception to closure, sourced local labor and roofing materials and resources, and produced photography and a video of the project.
